Returns Are Welcome

We hope you’ll fall in love with your purchase! However, if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to assist. You can return items for a refund or exchange, based on the guidelines in our policy.

When returning items, please include a note with the following details:

Please note, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been tried on, unless they are faulty. More details can be found in our policy.

Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. Please review photos and item descriptions carefully for sizing and specifications. We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds.

Faulty Items

We replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If the item purchased was unique, an exchange or refund will be offered.

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returned items must be securely packaged, as received, to qualify for an exchange or refund. If items are damaged during transit due to improper packaging, the refund may be rejected.

Partial refunds or rejected returns may occur if:

* The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
* The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Returning Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer change of mind returns on earrings that have been opened and tried on. Refunds or returns are only offered if the earrings are faulty, damaged, or have not been unwrapped or touched. Please read earring descriptions carefully.

Return Postage

We refund postage costs for any faulty items but do not refund postage costs for change of mind returns/refunds. If you return an item that is not faulty, shipping costs will not be credited.

Customers will need to cover the cost of shipping when sending the package back to us.

We are here to help resolve any issues or answer any questions. Please contact us if you are unsure. Your return may still be eligible in certain circumstances, even if it goes against the policy. We understand each situation is unique and serving you is our priority.

Warranty Claim

We stand by the quality of our products and our diffuser range all carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

If you experience any concerns with your product, please contact us directly so we can troubleshoot and assist you personally. You must provide proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a warranty claim.
